Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice required 50% of deposit amount.

Cleaning Policy: Although this is a vacation rental, the Mountain House is maintained as though it was a private residence. We appreciate our guests' cooperation in maintaining this standard. However, if after your stay, excessive cleaning is required, your credit card will be assessed an additional $100.00 cleaning fee. If this occurs, you will be notified.

Grocery Service: A grocery service is offered for an additional $150.00 fee plus the cost of groceries. Please note, our staff takes the utmost care selecting produce and meats. Your grocery list can be emailed to designdevelop@comcast.net up until the morning of your arrival.
